·         Scale of Pay : Rs. 10300-34800 with Grade Pay 4600/-.

·         Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01.01.13.

·         Educational Qualification : Graduate with passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory/ elective subjects.

·         Procedure for Selection : Physical Efficiency Test, Written Test (100 marks), Interview, Merit List

·         Physical Efficiency : Running – 800 Meters completed in minimum 4 minutes and 30 seconds, Long Jump- 3.00 Meter minimum three chances and High Jump-0.95 meters in three chances.
