Training & Probation Period : The OCTT selected
candidates will be placed on training for a period of 2 Years. On successful
completion of training period, they shall be placed in regular grade S3. After
successful completion of Training, Candidates shall be placed under probation
for 1 year.

Physical Standard Required for Constable at Assam Police:
For Gen/OBC/MOBC/SC male candidates Height-162.52 cms, Chest -80 Cm (Normal)
& 85 Cm (On Expanded). For SC(H), ST(P) Male candidates Height-160.02 cms, Chest -78 Cm (Normal) & 83
Cm (On Expanded). For female (Gen/OBC/MOBC/SC) Candidates Height-154.94cm & for female (SC(H),
ST(P)) Candidates Height-152.40cm.
